今回は生のマグロのせりの他にも冷凍マグロのせりも見てきました。競り落された冷凍マグロには
赤ペンキのようなもので
お店の名前が書かれていきます。食用ペンキなの・・・？場外で売っていたラーメンや焼豚、魚の揚げ物が美味しそうでしたが、やっぱりお寿司を頂きました。朝からにぎり寿司を食べるのは産まれて初めての事。あぶりトロ、おいしかった〜。。
This time we saw frozen tuna auction, not only fresh tune one. People marked a
shop' name on sold frozen tunas with
red paint. I wonder what kind of paint... There were many tiny shops at the outer market. I was attracted by noodles, grilled pork and tanpula but we chose sushi in the end. I have never ate sushi in the morning in my life! Nice grilled fatty tuna sushi.
