I was invited for lunch at "Meidai Tonkatsu KATSUKURA Kyoto Sanjo" in Roppongi Hills today. I had a "Yuba (soy milk skin) croquette and Fillet pork cutlet" set meal. The croquette was like a béchamel croquette and nice! It seems like that they want to appeal this restaurant is from Kyoto, they had to say "this tea is from KYOTO", "these are
KYOTO style pickels". I was a bit surprised that when the waitress started to explain about the sauce etc. like a machine gun. Don't they speak more gently in the main Kyoto Sanjo restaurant?!
