My sister brought some rice crackers of Niigata prefecture (Japan's no.1 rice producer). I've never seen crackers called 'Kinako Mochi (rice cakes covered in soya bean powder)' which has soyabean powder sprinkled on a rice cracker, and the powder is ultrafine. Maybe using Wasanbon (fine-quality Japanese sugar) mixing with kinako? It has delicate sweetness.
