だんだん寒くなってきたので、我が家でも暖房を入れました。今年もそろそろドイツのレシピでクリスマスクッキーを焼く予定。そこで久しぶりにオークションで買い物しました。かなりアメリカっぽいけどスノーフレークのクッキー型。5つの型の組み合わせ方でこんな風にイロイロな形を楽しめます。

It is getting cold and we started to use a heating finally. Same as last year, I am going to bake Christmas cookies with a Germany recipe soon. I did some shopping on an internet auction after a long time. It looks very American but I bought snowflakes cookie cutters. I can make different patterns with a combination of 5 cutters.

Well... last year, I made Lebkuchen too. But it went completely wrong!! I didn't have right ingredients, I guess... But other German christmas cookies (Vanillekipferl, Kokosmakronen, Heidesand, Spitzbuben, Gewuerzspekulatius) were good, I think. I don't know if you have a chance to bake cookies this christmas (probably not!), but if you do next year, use this German recipe (japanese only). This recipe is sooo good!
