カスタードタルトを買いによく行っていたロンドンにあるギリシャ食材店で買ったカラマタ・オリーブオイル。3L入り。お店の人には1Lの瓶入りを勧められたんだけれども、缶入りを買ってみたいとずーっと思っていたのでコレに。我が家では1Lのオリーブオイルを消費するのに1年以上かかるので、ん？これを使い終わるのには4年くらいかかるという事？！500MLの空き瓶に移し、缶にしっかりフタをしました。酸化があまり進まないといいんだけど！
Just before we came to Japan, I bought this Kalamata olive oil from a Greek grocery where we used to buy
custard tarts in London. 3L. The shop assistant recommended to buy 1L in a glass bottle, but I always wanted to buy one in a big tin. I realised that we need more than a year to finish 1L of olive oil, so it will take nearly 4 years to finish this?! I separated the oil into a 500ML bottle and kept the tin tightly sealed. I hope it doesn't continues to oxidize!
