すごい積雪量だねー。長野はクレープみたいに、すごい薄〜い雪でしたから。転んだら痛いでー。 そりりゃ〜良い雪質だろうね。だってニセコはスノボの聖地らしいよ！（スノーボードマガジンによる） 冬になると、この雪を求めて半分出稼ぎ（ペンションなどで雪下ろしなどの仕事をしながら）全国からライダーたちがやって来るんだって。まるでヒッピー達のインドのようなものか？！ちなみに、ニセコって、漢字でどう書くの？コロポックル語なのかな。。わたしには、北海道は未開の地だわ。。ドキドキ

すごかったよ〜。いつ滑っても足下は新雪でフカフカ。リフトに乗ってる間にキレイになってんの！人が少なかったからかもしれないけどね。カーステンがニセコに行きたいって言うからムリして付き合ったけど、聖地ニセコ巡礼が出来て良かった！ ちなみにニセコはカタカナ表記が正式みたいよ。コロポックルが何語を話してたかは分からないけどさ、ニセコはアイヌ語で「深山にあって川岸にかぶさるように出ている崖」という意味だってさ。

うお〜っ！おめでとう！やっと一番つらい「こけてばっかりで、おもしろくもなければくやしいだけのスノボー第一フェーズ」を卒業されましたね！私もはじめてのスノボーが氷みたいなスロープの室内の人工スロープやって、こけたらいたいのなんのって。やっぱり、ふかふかのパウダースノーですべるとおもしろいやんね！でも日本で滑ってみたい。だって、露天風呂と鍋が待ってるんやろ！？最高やん。あと、一度スキー場のまずうまカレーも食べてみたいもんだ。

新潟に行った時、仲間のほとんど全員がマズうまカレー食べてたよ。私も涙と鼻水のツララが融けていくのを感じながら、そして頭がボ〜っとなりながらカレー食べた。ところで、メール送れないんだけど、なんでかな？

そうやねん。今サーバーがダウンしてて、ごめんね。めちゃうっとうしい。はやく直れっちゅうの。あと、いきなり（一時間ほど前）に決まってんけど、今週の土曜から一週間スノボー行く事になりました！すごいわー。じゅんちゃんのスノボー体験読んで、いいなーまた行きたいなんて思ってた所！シャモニーに１週間行ってきます。フライト＋アパート込みでなんと１９０ポンド。安い！

あ、ダウンしてたんだ。しかも昨日の夜からでしょ〜。さすがロ・ン・ド・ン！ スノボ一週間か〜。しかもシャモニーってオシャレなとこなんじゃないの〜？190ポンドならイイね〜。ホテルじゃなくてアパートだから割安なのかな？うらやましいよ。東京からニセコはホテル3泊とフライト込みで190ポンドくらいよ。

エットー。英語だいじょぶですか？I can't wait to go snowboarding again. But the conditions were so great in Niseko that places closer to Tokyo might be a bit disappointing. Keiko, you and Giblin should come here during the winter next time!

英語だいじょうぶやで、カーステン。Yes, Giblin and I would love to snowboard in Niseko! Giblin would love the nabe and asahi beer afterwards. He's not that into onsen though, he says he gets too overheated. The water temprature is too high for him. We should try and go together! That would be really great! We'll plan the trip when you are in London in May! Looking forward to that!

hi a quick note from Chamonix!! The weather is not as good as we had hoped, unfortunately... but none the less we are having a great time!! The snow condition is a bit slushy and raining at the bottom of the slopes. Its meant to be sunny on Wednesday. We just had some nice food and came to an internet bar to check some mails. speak soon! love keiko and giblin xx

Wow! Nice to hear from you in Chamonix! I hope a weather will be nice tomorrow. Here in Japan, there is a warning for a heavy snow tonight in Hokkaido. Maybe Carsten wants to go snowboarding soon. Enjoy the snow!!

hi again from chamonix. unfortunately the weather hasn't improved at all... it's snowing like mad at the top in the mountains but there are serious avalanche warnings so we can't go up... we spent the day snowboarding at very low slopes for beginners instead.. no charge for ski passes for beginner slopes so i guess its not too bad. we enjoyed it anyways and i practice my jumps (very very small jumps!). but i do hope we get to go up high in the mountains for proper slopes soon!!

Wow again! You practicing jumps?! スゴイ。Maybe I can't join you snowboarding together. Anyway we were always separated in Niseko. It was better than someone had to feel sorry for me!
