母親が買って来た塩入り歯磨き粉をウへー！と思いながら初めて使ったのは、もう15年くらい前になるのかな。当時は「白とブルーのストライプ、ア・ラ・ふ・し・ぎ〜」というCMソングのシマシマ歯磨き粉の方がカワイイと思う年頃、塩が入ってるなんて妙なモノとしか思いませんでした。が、そんな私も今は完全な塩派。

GABAのアロナールをハンズで見かけたので買いました。値段を見ないでレジへ持って行ったもんだから、お会計で驚いたけど。この青いパッケージのアロナールは朝用。夜用にはオレンジ色のエレメックスというものがあるらしいけど、ハンズでは扱ってなかったです。味はフツー。クラッシックな歯磨き粉。写真中央は、なんとなく買った歯磨き粉。口の中イッパイになる小さな泡が吐き気を催すので私は使えません。旦那はそんな大袈裟な！と信じてくれないんだけどホント。

aronal by GABA at Tokyu Hands. It was very shocking price though! This blue package is for morning and the orange one called elmex is for night brushing. This is a classic toothpaste. Not so special for me! The toothpaste in the middle of a photo makes lots of tiny bubbles in mouth. It makes me feel like throwing up. My husband doesn't believe me though.
