今週末も旦那はスノボ。私は女友達と大人ご飯。食べてオイシイ、飲んでオイシイといったチョイス。エンガワ、そら豆、カレイの唐揚げ。特にマグロのネギマはウマウマでした!友人がキープしていた芋焼酎のボトル「晴耕雨読」もちょっと味見。焼酎が苦手な私でも飲みやすい味、というか水のようにガブリと飲めちゃった。2軒目は1杯だけ・・・が結局は朝4時まで。この歳になって、ようやく生け花や武術などの日本文化のスゴさに気が付いたという話しで会は終了。

My husband is snowboarding this weekend again. I decided to have a dinner/drink with my female friends. All foods were tasty and good with beer! I loved a grilled tuna and leak on a skewer. My friends keep their own bottle of imo-jochu (traditional Japanese distilled spirit made of sweet potato) called Seikou Udoku (means 'work in the field in fine weather, stay at home reading when it is wet', in other words, 'a relaxed life style without bothering by anything') at the bar and I tried a glass. I usually don't drink Shochu but this was very smooth and easy to drink. We wanted just one drink in the second bar but... stayed until 4am, as usual. The last topic was that we are finally old enough to appreciate our traditional Japanese culture such as Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement) or Japanese Martial Arts. I feel like learning Ikebana at
sogetsu school.
