今日はパンの記念日。1842年の4月12日に日本で初めて江川太郎左衛門がパンを焼いたのにちなんで、パン食普及協議会が1983年に制定。初耳です。この間、99円ショップで買い物をした時に試食用の食パンをもらいました。その場で食べる試食ではなく、お持ち帰り用。こんなの初めて。
Today is a memorial day of bread in Japan. On 12 April 1842, Tarozaemon Egawa baked the first bread to introduced to Japanese. In 1983, the bread promotion council in Japan set the day as a memorial day. I've never heard of it! When I was at ¥99 sop the other day, I was given a slice of bread for tasting. It was even in a plastic bag. I've never seen anything like that before!
