今日は去年初めて作った梅酒の1回目の誕生日。昨日の零時をまわったところで一年間寝かせておいた梅酒の解禁。旦那と友人とでテイスティングとなりました。手前味噌ですが、サイコ～。今年も作ろうかな、と思ったほどでした。

Today is my first home-made Ume Liquor's birthday. Yesterday, at midnight, we had the 'opening day' celebration after being matured in the bottle for a year. It was super good! I should make some this year as well.

It's so tasty, I think we need more than one bottle to last until next year!
