LDKを始めて1年が経ちました。こんなに続けられた事にビックリです。今日はものすごく忙しかったのですが、これからも頑張る意味を込め、手抜きLDKアイスケーキを作りました。不味そ～。いつも読んでくれている方々、コメントまでしてくれる方々、これからもヨロシクお願いします。

It's been a year since I started LDK. I'm surprised that I could continue this long. I've been very busy these days but I tried to make a LDK ice cake in an hour. It looks Horrible?! Anyway, I want to say thanks to all people, who check my blog and leave some comments.

スーパーで購入したバウムクーヘンを6角形にして、くり抜いてアイスやナッツを詰めてフタをして、青くした生クリームを塗っただけです。バウムクーヘンの袋を開けて、道具等を片付け終わるまで1時間。生クリームには、着色された食用の粉をかなり入れたんですけど明和電機色どまり。LDKのロゴの青色に近づける度胸はありませんでした。

I shaped a Baumkuchen (from a supermarket) into a hexagon, and made a hole bigger to put some ice cream and nuts. Decorated the cake with whipped cream which I added lots of artificial colouring. It seemed impossible to make an exact colour of LDK logo. I realised that it is a Maywa Denki colour...

Wow, lots of comments! Thanks everyone!! Well, I haven't tried the cake yet. I'm sure it tastes OK (just like Baumkuhen and icecream) but It's still in a freezer... I might try some tonight. This year, I hope I can update LDK everyday. tamami, thank you! Yes, I used a template for the cake! It was OK taste, but very strange feeling to eat something blue. I really think 1LDK is a good idea.

Hi Jun! Oh no! I'm the last! Oh well, it's supposed to be lucky! The cake looks great! Maybe you can make some more LDK products in the future! It's amazing that you've done a whole year!! What entry got the most comments? I've been at my parents for a week, I escaped to the countryside because I wasn't very well, but there's no internet there!!! Much love, Nigel
