昨日は友人Mといつもの安い寿司屋へ。Mが注文した「とろたく巻き」、一体なんなんだろうと思ったらトロとタクアンでした。なるほど、食感が全く違うふたつが一緒になってなかなかイイ感じ。サービスでもらった生わさび、欲しいなぁと思っていた鮫皮の
長次郎のわさびおろしと一緒に出てきました。しかもドデカいサイズ。小さいサイズでいいから欲しいなぁ。
Yesterday, we went to a sushi restaurant with our friend M. She ordered Toro-taku which I'd never heard of. It was Toro (fatty tuna) and Takuan (pickled daikon radish), and I found that it was nice to have two different textures in my mouth. We got a fresh wasabi root for free, and it came with a
sharkskin grater by Chojiro which I've always been wondering if I should buy or not. They use the huge one, but I think the smaller one looks better.
