姉のお気に入りだというモーンデニッシュ。モーンとはドイツ語でケシの実の事で、黒い部分がケシの実ペースト。もう少しペーストが多い方がいいかな。私が気に入ったのは緑茶あんパン。小倉あんパン、うぐいすあんパンも普通にオイシかったけれど、コレはオッとなるオイシさ。餡がすっごくキレイなみどり色です。さらにウチの近所の
ラ・ブランジェ・ナイーフでも3種類のパンを買ってきた姉。なんだか話が噛み合ないと思ったら店の場所が変わってたんですね。知らなかった。ナイーフのパンはサワー種が使われている酸っぱくヘビーなタイプが一番スキ。
ツォップは品物によっては通販も出来るので今度はライ麦系のパンを注文してみようと思います。でも残念ながら注文が殺到していて、しばらくは通販サービスは中止とか。残念だな〜。
My sister told me that she likes Mohn (poppy seed) danish. The black part is mohn paste, and I prefer this danish with bit more paste. My favourite was Ryokucha-an (green tea leaves mixed with sweet beans) bread. The beans has a bright green colour, and tasts good. She brought some sourdough bread from
LA BOULANGERIE naif (in Japanese) in my neighborhood. I didn't know that they moved to a new location. I always love sourdough bread, and I enjoyed their bread! I want to try some rye bread from Zopf, I could have used their online shop, but their bakery and the online shop became too busy and they have stopped the online service. I hope the service comes back soon!
