We arrived at Hakone-yumoto around 1pm, and we had Soba noodle for lunch at a restaurant. We took
Hakone Tozan Tetsudo (mountain climbing railway) which is the most steepest train in Japan, and the second steepest in the world, and the train made
3 switchbacks on the way. When we got to the open-air museum 'Choukoku no Mori Bijutsukan' it was 3:30pm already. We were in the museum till 5pm which is the closing time of the museum, but it would be nice to have more time. We took a cable car to the top (767m) even we were late for the ropeway (last one leaves at 4:30pm) from the top. There were nobody there on the top, and kind of sad place. Next time, I want to check around Ashinoko lake, and take a hot bath in hot springs!
