昨日は友人Kと中目黒の居酒屋へ。友人Kが注文した「とんさき」というつまみ、なんと細く切って茹でた豚の胃袋と千切り玉ねぎをポン酢醤油で和えたものでした。うわ〜(食べられない)と言っておきながら、以外にサッパリおいしくてバクバク食べてしまいました。で、Kとは4時間近く富士登山について話し合い。天気がバツグンに良ければ今度の日曜日から1泊2日で富士山に登る事に決定。はい、ムボウです。
Last night I went to see our friend K at an izakaya in Nakameguro. K ordered 'Tonsaki' without knowing what it is, and we found out that it was a boiled pig's stomach! It was sliced and served cold, with lots of sliced onion, and
ponzu soy sauce. I didn't want to try it, but once I had the first bite, I ate quite a lot! K and I talked about climing Mount Fuji for almost four hours. We decided that we will climb the mountain on Sunday if the weather is great. I can't believe how brave we are!
