デンマークのお土産にもらったチーズ、北欧ブルーの包装紙に包まれていて可愛すぎ！そしてかなりキツいニオイ！しかし、これでこそチーズなのです！日本のスーパーでも計り売りのフレッシュチーズが手軽に買えるといいんだけどな～。あぁ、ウマイ。

We got some cheese from Denmark. It was wrapped with nice blue wrapping papers (so Scandinavian to me!), so cute! And they smell a lot, that's how it should be! I wish it was easier to buy fresh smelly cheese in Japan!

写真の一番右は（たぶんネトルチーズという名前で）なんとゴーダチーズにネトル（日本名はいらくさ）がいっぱい入ってます。チーズの香りが強いんでネトルそのものの風味はよくわかりませんでした。真ん中の写真の穴の開いたチーズもゴーダ系。穴の開いたチーズを見るとトムとジェリーを思い出します。子供の頃はなぜチーズに穴が？と思ったっけ。

The right image is gouda cheese with stinging nettle! I couldn't distinguish the taste of the stinging nettle because of the strong cheese flavour. The cheese in the middle was also very good. Cheeses with holes remind me of Tom & Jerry. When I was a kid I hadn't seen any cheese with holes, so I was wondering why there are holes in cheese!

Hi Yasmina, actually we also got exactly the same Norwegian cheese from our friends! We haven't opened it yet, but it sounds (and looks! good photos!) so yummy! I might open it right now.
