美味しさが際立っていたのがアラベスクでアプリコットのマカロン（表面のツブツブはピスタチオ）にホワイトチョコっぽい（あいまいな記憶）クリームアプリコットクリーム。そしてクリームの真ん中にヤケにミルキーな甘いモノピスタチオフィユテが潜んでいるのですが、コレがまたヨカッタ。フルーティーな風貌なのにガツンと甘い。絶対にまた買います。オリーブもホワイトチョコのクリームのなかにオリーブがチョロッと入っていて、なかなかオイシイ新しい組み合わせでした。ワタシがつまらなかったと思ったアールグレイを相棒は一番気に入ってました。結構ブナンな味が好きらしい。
My favourite was Macaron Arabesque: apricot and pistachio macaron with a white chocolate filling (I think) an apricot cream. The texture was amazing, inside the filling was a drop of something really sweet and milky soft apricot, and pistachio feuilleté. I will definitely buy this again. Macaron Olive was also new to me because at first the olive flavour was not strong, but there was a tiny piece of savoury olive inside the sweet filling! The least exciting piece was Macaron Thé Earl Grey, which turned out to be C's favourite. I guess his taste buds are quite conservative.
