When I entered the small restaurant around 17:00, it was already packed with old drunk men. I felt a little bit awkward in the beginning but it didn't last long. My friend and I sat at the corner of the counter and we chatted to the old man next to us. He offered his green peppers and told us to eat with meat balls and it was a great idea (I represented it by petit tomato, Japanese green peppers are quite small, thin and crispy). And I noticed that everyone was eating meat balls in the same way! We became a bit tipsy and left the restaurant at 19:00, the man from the shop came outside too, and he took a noren (shop curtain) which was hanging at the entrance, and he turned off the shop light. It was true that it closes at 19:00!
