バルセロナでは美味しいものをイロイロと食べた。ガスパチョもそのヒトツ。おととい、スペイン人の友だちがガスパチョのレシピをメールしてくれたので早速トライ。5時間冷蔵庫で寝かせるという技ありの友人のレシピ、「翌日のブランチに食べたい」と思いついたのが夜中の2時。早起きして作る自信がなかったので相棒と眠い目をこすりながら野菜を切り刻んだ。翌日は
ミキサーでガーッとして、ザルで漉す。オーガニックレストランで食べた味を思い出しながら味付け。おーっ、我ながら上出来!

We had lots of nice food in Barcelona, Gazpacho was one of the dishes we really enjoyed. A few days ago I got a recipe for Gazpacho from our Spanish friend, so we tried to make it. It was already two in the morning when we thought about having Gazpacho for brunch the next day, but his recipe (actually his mom's) recommends letting the soup mixture rest in the fridge for five hours. We couldn't give up tasty Gazpacho, so we chopped vegetables sleepy-eyed in the middle of night! Next day, we
put them in a blender, then through a strainer, then we tried to season it just like the one we had at an organic restaurant in Barcelona... and it worked! It was very tasty!
