仲良しの友人の結婚パーティーのため神奈川県三浦へ行って来た。シーサイドデッキでの
BBQパーティー（80年代マイアミ風）というオモシロ主旨のこのパーティー、心配してた雨も降らず、美しい夕陽と音と酒を楽しみながら、幸せそうな二人をお祝いした。Aちゃん、ホントにおめでとう。スイーツ担当だったのでワタシが食べてみたかったという理由で白金台の
ショコラティエ・エリカの
マ・ボンヌとヴォンドメールを選んでみた。前に作った
チョコレート・パテとは似て非なるもので、めちゃめちゃ繊細な仕上がり、大人の味。ワタシはもう少し甘い方が好みかな。パッケージがキレイなのでお土産にはオススメかも。
We went to Miura in Kanagawa prefecture for the wedding party of our good friends. It was a
80's Miami theme party, held at the beach house, so we were so glad that it didn't rain! It was great to see the happy bride and groom with beautiful sunset, nice music, and lots of drinks. Congratulations! I was asked to prepare some sweets, so I chose something I wanted to try for a long time which was
'ma bonne' and 'von de mer' from
Chocolatier Erica (Japanese) in Shirokane-dai. They are similar to the one
I made before but they were very delicate and quite a grown up taste. Actually I prefer if it's bit more sweet.
