ひと月前までは半袖でも大丈夫なほど、今年の東京の秋は暖かかったけれど、さすがにすっかり冬。師走だな～という感じ。9月にロンドンで買って来た冬っぽいナイキもそろそろ履いてみるか。これ、ナイキのブレザーミッドという名前は付いてるけれど、オリジナルとは全く違うデザイン。

We had a very warm autumn in Tokyo, I was wearing only a t-shirt until a month ago. But it's December now and it's cold. I should try the winter look Nike trainers I bought in London this September. These are called Blazer Mid but they have a different look from the original.

実はコレを買う時、かなり悩んだ。海外モデルとは言え、わざわざ物価の高いロンドンで買わなくても、なんでも売っている東京で手に入れた方がカシコイんじゃないかと。でも一期一会を感じて（物欲に負けて）購入。東京に帰って来てから、日本では買えないと知ってホッとしたと同時にハッとした。このスニーカーはレディース向けなんだから、26cmという大足のワタシサイズを扱っているはずがない。冷静に考えれば悩まずに済んだのに。まぁ、買ってきたので結果オーライ。

When I bought these trainers, I thought that it might be a stupid idea to bring them to Tokyo from an expensive city like London. Even though this model is not available in Japan, I could imagine that some shops import and sell them at less than London prices. But I found out that I can't find them in Tokyo. I had forgotten that this is a women's model and my shoe size UK7 is impossible to find in Japan. Usually UK5 is the biggest size for women in Japan. I'm glad that I bought them.

When we know the exact size of the particular models, we buy shoes from ebay. Sometimes it's cheaper even including the shipping.
