フィンランドから戻って来た友人がお土産にとチョコをくれた。その名もなんと、ゲイシャ。なんというネーミング。メーカーは
ターキッシュペッパーも作っている大手
ファッツェル社。このゲイシャチョコも北欧ではかなりメジャーなお菓子で、スーパーで普通に売られていると言うからオモシロイ。ゲイシャの意味もみんな知っているんだろうか。で、チョコの方はヘーゼルナッツのクリーム入りで思いっきり外国味、日本とは何の関係もないみたい。ファッツェルのサイトを見て、パッケージが新しく変わっている事に気が付いた。残念ながら、新デザインには芸者らしき日本人だと思われる女性は取り入れられていない。友人がこの旧デザインのパッケージを選んでくれた事にありがとう。

Tyrkisi Peber) and it seems very popular in many countries. I wonder if everyone knows the meaning of
Geisha. I was looking at their site and I noticed that the package design changed. Unfortunately the Japanese-looking lady disappeared from the new package. I'm glad that our friend brought us the one with an old design.
