セルジュ・アレクサンドルのチョコを食べた。ベルギーのチョコレート大使という（ベルギーで4人しかいない）終身称号を与えられたというショコラティエ。今のところ福岡の大丸にしかショップがないんだけど、バレンタインという事で全国の大丸で販売されていた様子。ワタシは札幌大丸で購入。ひと箱1,260円

I bought a box of Serge Alexandre (in Japanese) chocolate. Serge Alexandre is Callebaut (chocolate?) Ambassador in Belgium and winner of the 2003 International Belgian Chocolate Award. At the moment, his only shop in Japan is at Daimaru department store in Fukuoka city. But because of Valentine's day, his chocolates were available at other Daimaru branches in Japan too. I bought this at Sapporo Daimaru and it was ¥1,260.

ワタシが食べたのはバレンタイン期間限定のル・クール・ショコラ。甘酸っぱいフランボワーズピューレをホワイトチョコで包んであって、表面はツヤツヤとカワイラシイ。実はコレ、ファミチョコとして買ったもの。でも、セルジュ氏の経歴を見たら、どうしても味見したくなって結局マイチョコに！

This shiny heart shaped chocolate called 'Le Coeur Chocolat' has raspberry ganache inside of white chocolate coating. BTW Japanese Valentine's day is big, almost all women buy some chocolates to whom they care. Actually I thought about giving this chocolate to my family member, but I couldn't resist trying it myself! So it turned out to be 'my choco' in the end...
P.S. Buying chocolates for herself is called 'my-choco', for family is 'fami-choco (family chocolate)', for male friend is 'tomo-choco (friend choco)' etc. There are many ways to buy chocolates on Japanese Valentine's day. This is a conspiracy by the chocolate manufacturers!
