デモンストレーションで出てきたクープ・グラス・イスパハン。小さなコロッとしたアイス（ラズベリーのツブツブ入り）をホワイトチョコでコーティングし、粉糖をまぶしたもの。デモンストレーション中は、目の前の小さなものがアイスだとは気が付かなかったから、口に入れてチョコが崩れた瞬間に中から冷たいアイスが出てきてビックリ。不思議なおいしさ。パーティーに参加すると、ショップでは食べられない特別なスイーツをこうやって
見せながら作ってくれるのが楽しい。
一番スキなのは、王道の
イスパハンかな。前にも食べた事があるけど、あらためて旨いと唸ってしまった。味だけでなく、見た目と食感がなんとも素晴らしくイイ。近いうちにまた買いに行かなくては。来月のパーティーはモザイク・マニア。ピスタチオとグリオット！嗚呼！

'Coupe glacee Ispahan' was part of a demonstration. They prepared very small shaped ice cream (with some raspberry topping), and dipped into white chocolate, and rolled in sugar powder. It was so fun to watch. I think it's a good idea that
they give a demonstration on some special sweets, which we can't buy at the shop.
My favourite, and propbably one of his most famous sweets was
Ispahan. I've tried this before, but it was a knockout! Not only the taste, but I like the looks and the texture too. Gorgeous.
The next month will be 'Pistache & Griottine' party. Actually I love this combination so much! Yes, I love everything...
