The coconut ice cream mixture is two parts coconut cream, two parts double cream, with one part condensed milk. I didn't use any egg yolk, so I didn't need to heat the mixture in a pan, just pouring mixture into an ice cream machine! That's all. The ice cream tasted nice with a dash of Cointreau, but probably better with lime or pineapple liquor, maybe coconut liquor. I have to get some Malibu.
