今回はひとりで出かけたので、カメラ片手に黙々と食べるサミシイ女子になるかと思いきや、ワタシと同じくひとりで参加されてた方々と同じテーブルになれたのでホッ。お陰で2時間のパーティーもアッという間。
新作アントレは
デリシューズと言って、抹茶のギモーブ（マシュマロ）、わさびのジュレ、わさびマスカルポーネのクリーム、グレープフルーツの実とコンフィの組み合わせ。ビックリなのに、やっぱりオイシイ。エルメ氏は昔からワサビが好きなんだけど、フランスで一定量のおいしいワサビを手に入れるのは大変だとの事。そんなわけで、このパーティーの前日には、静岡のワサビ農場を訪れて無事に契約を結んだそう。これからのワサビ味のスイーツが楽しみだ（うちの相棒もわさび好き）。しかし、朝も昼も食べずに出かけたものの、全種類制覇はムリだった。まぁ、18種類も食べれば充分か。あー、どれもオイシカッタな！

I went to the party on my own this time, I thought it would look quite lonely to take photos of sweets and eat them without talking to people. But I shared the table with nice people who also came on their own.
The new series of 'Entre' is called '
Délicieuse', it's a combination of matcha green tea marshmallow, wasabi gelée, wasabi mascarpone cream, grapefruit confit. It sounds crazy but it was surprisingly good! Mr Hermé told us that he has liked wasabi for a long time and that he had visited a good wasabi farm in Shizuoka the day before. So he promised that he is going to make wasabi flavour sweets from now on. I hadn't had breakfast or lunch and I tried to eat as much as possible, but I couldn't try all sweets. Well, I tried eighteen different kinds of sweets, so I guess it was enough. Everything was so tasty!
